Veterans Day Dinner

Chapter - Whitewater High School

On Thursday, November 14, Whitewater High School had the honor of hosting a Veterans Day Dinner to recognize and thank the incredible veterans who have served and protected our country. The evening was a heartwarming celebration filled with camaraderie, gratitude, and reflection, bringing together veterans and their families, and their community members. Thanks to the helpful FCCLA members, Rubye Robinson, Ella Robinson, Imarie Fox, Ashley Brim, Shelby Shouse, Tyler Gillean, Emma Critell, and their sponsor Carla Croft, the evening went on smoothly. Members made many desserts and dishes for our veterans to enjoy. One of their veterans gifted them a book he authored titled"Courage Under Fire" about the 101st airborne battle in Vietnam. It was a wonderful evening for both FCCLA and the veterans of Fayette County.
